I’M A digital strategisT HELPING BRANDS HOLD MEANINGFUL CONVERSATIONS ONLINE.

Through social media campaigns, blogger influence programs, and media training, I teach brands how to build lasting relationships with the people who matter most: your customers.

I have the work ethic of a farm hand and the creative brain of a big agency, and I love blending the two to help tell the story of small town, America to the masses. But I'm not interested in telling it the same way over and over again. (Even though I do love a solid Tim McGraw remix.) Instead, I teach traditional brands how to modernize their social and digital strategy, so they can turn their audience into advocates.

I help food and agriculture brands…

  • Execute digital strategy according to your unique brand standards
  • Engage audiences with fresh content.
  • Influence consumers through relevant information, emotion and entertainment.
  • Learn tactics for creating a successful digital campaign.

From growing up in Oklahoma to working in downtown Nashville, I have a special perspective to offer consumers. I know what it’s like to stand in the field and the Whole Foods checkout line. I’ve found joy in both rural America and urban life.

I don’t believe in the “us vs. them” approach to food. I believe in engaging, hardworking content made by human hands, and that real conversations make all the difference.

Since leaving rural Oklahoma, I have lived in four of the top 25 most populated cities while working with rural and urban brands in tourism, animal health, crop science, consumer goods, and food products.

The journey is documented on my personal blog RuralGoneUrban.com, which is the catalyst for cultivating a community of adventure-seeking brand loyalists interested in learning more about the food and agricultural industries.
